Additional Professional Prints
In addition to your 8x8 photo book, discounted professional prints and other products are available for purchase from your password-protected online gallery. Prices for commonly ordered products are as follows.

Payment
50% non-refundable deposit due to secure your booking; remainder due at session.

Session Details
Timing: Because I strive to capture people feeling comfortable and natural, family sessions tend to last approximately 90 minutes or more. I typically book sessions either in the morning (beginning around 9:00AM, depending on time of year) or the early evening (beginning between 4:00 and 6:30 PM, depending on time of year) in order to benefit from the best possible lighting and avoid harsh mid-day sun.
Location: I like to capture my clients in the locations that best define them and where they are comfortable. Please let me know if you have ideas about your location, and if not, feel free to look through my website and see if there is a place that appeals to you. I typically shoot sessions in backyards, parks, gardens and trails.
Clothing: Dress in clothes that make you comfortable and allow you to feel like you. Don’t feel a need to match everyone in the family. I generally recommend avoiding loud patterns or colors that contrast sharply in order to best balance the exposure. For example, if one person wears a black shirt and another wears a white shirt, this can make balanced exposure more difficult to achieve. Consider putting shorts or bloomers under little girls’ dresses, as many poses are in the seated position.
After the Session
Viewing Your Online Gallery: Your edited images will be posted in an online password protected gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session. The gallery will be set up so that you are able to select and order your prints at the discounted prices discussed above, and have them shipped directly to you. The gallery can also be shared with friends and family, who can also order prints. Prints are made with professional ink and paper. Your gallery will be available for viewing for one year.
Facebook and Blog Posts: I generally post 5-15 of my favorite images on Facebook and on my blog (www.kairosjz.com). I do not identify last names with the posts. Please let me know if you would like me not to post images online.
Book of Memories: Your 8x8 photo book will include a selection of the best photos from our session together. The photo book will be 20-40 pages. The photo book will be available in 6-8 weeks following your session.
